The Role:

We are hiring ‘UK Sales Director’ as part of our growth strategy for UK and Europe. This role is focused on growing new business for our UK markets working alongside the European team. We are looking for an established sales professional with a successful track record of generating new business, acquiring new logos, generating demand, and closing deals with the UK market. The candidate will need to demonstrate the right competencies, ability to grow new business, and ability to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales – Generate new business, open new accounts and build customer portfolio in UK market.

Ability to be a trusted adviser – Work with customers as a trusted advisor with hands on experience in IT digital services and solutions.

Demand Generation – Lead demand generation through various channels such as marketing, social media, referrals and others

Sales Operations and Forecasting – Provide Annual and Quarterly forecasts for the new business. Manage CRM product for Sales operations and reports.

Role Requirements:

• Deep understanding / experience of selling IT services in the areas of Digital services and solutions experience of Software Product Engineering, Enterprise solutions, Application Integration and Cloud technologies useful.

• Proven track record of generating new business, acquire logos and growing the new business in UK market

• Proven experience in demand generation through marketing, social media, referrals and other channels, candidates should have strong contacts/network

• Strong track record of quota carrying sales experience as an individual contributor and / or manager

• Ability to build healthy pipeline for the region.

• Experience in managing CRM product for Sales Operations, Sales forecasting and Order booking

• Experience in working in companies with global centres and business operations across several countries with matrix structures is a benefit

• Fluency in English speaking and communication skills

Main responsibilities and deliverables will Include:

• Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

• Involvement in strategy creation for new business development for UK markets

• Build strong pipeline of leads, opportunities and demand

• Ensure forecast hygiene and accuracy in the CRM tool

• An active part in the regional planning and review process

• Develop and nurture a network of customers

• Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance

• Experience of delivering Annual target of £3-5 mil
