Maara are an executive search firm providing high touch strategic partnership to tech clients globally. We focus on IT & Cloud, Biotech, Medtech and emerging markets including Greentech, AI and Crypto.
Maara was formed in 2019 to blend a background of business consultancy and strategy with client demands for a higher level of delivery, partnership and support in growing their teams. We strongly believe that the limiting factor in any business is the quality of their people. We are here to ensure our clients grow teams that are the very best fit for their business.
Our Difference
We are passionate about making a difference, one role at a time and this passion goes beyond the work we do with our clients.
A percentage of all fees is donated to charity, supporting programmes to help improve the lives of children around the world and to give them a chance to change their story.
We are working to support schemes increasing tech education amongst underprivileged children in the UK to improve their employment opportunities and we are extending this scheme into an apprenticeship and work experience program.
